A THIEF in India who got caught for attempting to rob a gym was made to run on the treadmill as punishment by the owner, Makkal Osai reported.

The owner of the gym in Madhya Pradesh was checking the CCTVs from home when he noticed someone breaking in.

He rushed to the gym and caught the thief red-handed.

The gym owner decided to teach the thief, a minor, a lesson.

In videos uploaded on social media, the gym owner is seen making the would-be robber keep running even though he was knackered and drenched in sweat.

After the thorough workout, the boy was handed over to the authorities.
