Housekeeper Mohd Nazli Khamis, 42, now has to rely on his 70-year-old father Khamis Mohd Dom and his sister Nadia Khamis, 46, to care for him.

According to Khamis, his son had a fall at home which caused such severe bleeding in his head that he had to undergo surgery to remove the blood clot.

“From being an active and fit person, he is now like a child who needs to be taken care of all the time.

“He is no longer able to speak because of the tube in his neck and can only drink special formula milk, which is expensive,” Khamis told the daily.
