Sungai Bakap polls among issues discussed at BN supreme council meeting


 PETALING JAYA: Many issues were discussed during the Barisan Nasional supreme council meeting, including the upcoming by-election in Sungai Bakap, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

"Among the issues discussed were the upcoming 50th anniversary celebration of Barisan Nasional, the Sungai Bakap by-election, current issues, and matters concerning the welfare of the people," the MCA president said in a Facebook post on Friday (June 21).

He added that the meeting occurred after a special session with Barisan chairman and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
