Cops find stash of drugs in car which rammed into four vehicles


KUALA LUMPUR: Police have discovered a stash of drugs in a car that crashed into four other vehicles near a private hospital on Jalan Cheras here.

City police chief Comm Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa said four reports were lodged over the incident on Wednesday (July 3).

He said following the collision, the suspect stopped his car near the hospital lobby before running away.

"Checks on the car led to the discovery of four packets of methamphetamine, three pieces of Eremin 5, two packets of ketamine and seven ecstasy pills.

"The police also seized the vehicle, three handphones and two keycards," he said, adding that they are now tracking the driver down.
