The visit showcased SkyWorld's FIABCI award-winning development

CITY developer SkyWorld Development Berhad (SkyWorld) recently hosted a distinguished delegation from China's Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD), including its Minister, His Excellency Ni Hong, alongside representatives from Malaysia’s Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) for a tour of the multi award-winning SkyAwani 3 Residences.

The visit provided the delegation with an opportunity to experience firsthand the innovative design and high-quality construction that earned SkyAwani 3 Residences the prestigious world gold award at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2024.

Highlights of the tour included the renowned SkyBridge, recognised as the “Highest Residential SkyBridge in Malaysia,” as well as an actual residential unit and the development’s extensive facilities.

SkyWorld’s chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng, said the developers were immensely proud to showcase this award-winning residence to MOHURD.
