Subang Jaya burglary gang busted

SUBANG JAYA: More than a dozen break-in cases have been solved with the arrest of five suspects in the Klang Valley.

Subang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Wan Azlan Wan Mamat said investigations into a house break-in on July 4 in Puchong that saw losses of RM40,000 led to the arrest of the five.

“On July 6, a police team arrested three men and two women aged between 22 and 32 around the Klang Valley. All have criminal records.

“Several items such as a watch and handbag were recovered. Based on preliminary interrogation, the police have solved more than 15 house break-in cases in the Subang Jaya area,” ACP Wan Azlan said yesterday.

The suspects have been remanded until tomorrow.
