Amirul Azizan appointed as fourth Subang Jaya mayor

DATUK Amirul Azizan Abd Rahim has been appointed Subang Jaya City Council's (MBSJ) fourth mayor, taking over from Datuk Dr. Mohd Fauzi Mohd Yatim, now the Shah Alam City Council mayor.

Amirul Azizan, who served as Kuala Langat Municipal Council president, received his promotion letter effective today.

The appointment was announced in a Facebook post today (July 22), after Selangor state secretary Datuk Haris Kasim handed over the appointment letter and mandate to Amirul Azizan during a simple ceremony at Bangunan Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah this morning.
