Nur Farah Kartini murder: Cops waiting for full post-mortem report

PETALING JAYA: The police have yet to receive the full post-mortem report regarding the death of Nur Farah Kartini Abdullah.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan said the police are still waiting for the full report from the hospital.

"We have not received the full post-mortem report from the hospital," he told a press conference after attending Petaling Jaya district police headquarters' evidence disposal event at the Ara Damansara police station on Wednesday (Aug 7).

The post-mortem on Nur Farah Kartini was previously conducted at Sungai Buloh Hospital.

It was reported that investigators have searched for evidence in various locations, including Kampung Sri Keledang in Hulu Selangor, Sungai Trolak in Kampung Batu, Perak, and a tapioca farm in Slim River.

Various items belonging to Nur Farah Kartini have been recovered, including her mobile phone and handbag as well as the suspect's SIM card.

Police also believe the location in Kampung Sri Keledang is the prime crime scene and the act was committed by one perpetrator.

The victim's body was found at a palm oil plantation in Kampung Sri Keledang, Hulu Selangor on July 15.

Nur Farah Kartini was reported missing in Tanjung Malim, Perak, on July 11.

She was reported missing after sending a rental car to a customer at Taman Universiti, Tanjung Malim.

L/Kpl Muhammad Alif Monjani, 26, has since been charged with the murder of Nur Farah Kartini at the Kuala Kubu Bharu Magistrate's Court recently.
