Transforming HR ecosystem with AI and data-driven decision-making

A 2024 survey by Gartner on Human Resource (HR) leaders’ priorities and challenges revealed that 60% are uncertain about the impact of emerging technologies on HR and talent.

With the field of HR experiencing a significant shift fueled by rapid technological advancements, evolving workplace trends and employees’ expectations, there is urgency for HR professionals to address these challenges in order to keep up with the constantly changing environment.

Explore these key trends and changes at The Star Chief People Officer Summit. With the theme “Future-Ready HR: Navigating the Next Frontier”, the event aims to empower HR professionals to anticipate the challenges and seize the opportunities that lie ahead.

From analytics-driven decision-making to leveraging AI tools for improved efficiency, the two-day summit from Nov 13 to 14 will be led by high-profile speakers who hold key HR leadership positions in their respective industries.

With over 25 years of solid HR experience, Dutch Lady Milk Industries people and culture country head Lyn Hadjula-Legarde will be sharing key insights on the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence in HR.

In February, she was recognised by the World HRD Congress Global HR Excellence Awards 2024 as Most Iconic Global HR Leader.
