CONCERTGOERS were upset with the poor sound system during Jay Chou’s (pic) recent show in Shenzhen, China, Sin Chew Daily reported.

They could hardly hear the King of Mandopop despite him having brought his own band.

“The live performance was terrible,” a concertgoer wrote about the show held at the Shenzhen Universiade Sports Centre.

The fans felt that Chou should have brought his own sound equipment if he had known that the system at the venue was not up to par.

Chou is on his Carnival World Tour, which began in 2019 but was halted in 2020 due to Covid-19.

The tour resumed in 2022 and Chou is expected to hold the final show in Kuala Lumpur on Oct 26.
