King's private medical team gives emergency treatment to bikers involved in accident in KL


PETALING JAYA: The private medical team of His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, provided emergency treatment to two motorcyclists involved in an accident on Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur.

During the incident that took place on Wednesday (Sept 19), an emergency medicine specialist, along with paramedics and emergency medical technicians, were accompanying His Majesty.

"Upon seeing the accident, the doctor and His Majesty’s private medical team immediately provided emergency treatment to the two men involved," according to a post on Sultan Ibrahim's official Facebook account.

One of the victims was later taken to Hospital Kuala Lumpur for further treatment using His Majesty’s private ambulance.

Sultan Ibrahim's private ambulance is equipped with various clinical features, such as life support machines, ventilators, an automatic external defibrillator (AED), and automatic breathing assistance machines.

It also includes burn treatment tools and basic road accident assistance equipment.
