JOHOR BARU: Preparations have been done to ensure that Mahkota voters working and staying in Singapore will have a smooth journey back to Kluang to cast their ballot in the by-election this Saturday (Sept 28), says Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.
