The accused, Muhamad Aiman Aqmal Mohammad, was said to have committed the offence last month and was arrested on Aug 26, Utusan Malaysia reported.

Magistrate Rais Imran Hamid ticked off Muhamad Aiman for his immoral behaviour by invading the 48-year-old woman’s privacy and dignity.

He pleaded guilty to his crimes and was sentenced to a year for each of his offence, which was to run concurrently from the date of his arrest.

> Actress Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim has reached out to fellow actress Diana Rafar to inform her that there would be scenes involving her husband in close proximity with the former in the latest drama Ternyata Sebuah Bahagia, Kosmo! reported.

“I contacted her (Diana) before the start of the recording. Ethically, this must be done before acting with another’s husband,” the 45-year-old said at a press conference related to her latest drama with actor Zamarul Hisham.According to Sarimah, Diana said she was fine with the matter and asked if Sarimah’s husband was also agreeable to her acting in close proximity with Zamarul.

She said it would make recording scenes easier if their respective spouses were made aware.
