Transport Minister to address MyDigital ID login issues at press conference


PETALING JAYA: Transport Minister Anthony Loke has announced a press conference on the issue of using the MyDigital ID to log into the MyJPJ app.

Loke will address the press at 6pm at his office.

The press conference was called after Malaysians voiced their frustration on social media upon learning the need to install the app as part of the requirement to log into MyJPJ, which will be implemented on Oct 10.

On Wednesday (Oct 2), users attempting to register for MyDigital ID via the official app reported encountering error messages.

When LifestyleTech contacted the MyDigital ID hotline, a representative confirmed that the system is down due to the overwhelming number of users trying to access the app for new registrations.
