Lipis District Council to investigate viral video of man cleaning pots with broom

LIPIS: The Lipis District Council (MDL) will conduct an investigation of a video showing a man, believed to be an employee of a restaurant, cleaning pots using a broom on Saturday (Oct 6).

MDL chairman, Datuk Mohd Hafizi Ibrahim, said the council will take legal action if the investigation confirms that the offence was committed.

He said so when contacted by Sinar Harian on Sunday (Oct 6).

Previously, the two-second video recording went viral on a Lipis Children's Community Facebook page.
