LRT services temporarily disrupted due to track intrusion


PETALING JAYA: Commuter train services on the Kelana Jaya Line were temporarily disrupted on Monday (Oct 7) after a track intrusion.

"Trains are experiencing service disruption between Masjid Jamek and Bangsar due to a track intrusion.

"Track inspections are being conducted to locate the intruder," train operator RapidKL said in a post on X at 7.46pm on Monday.

In an update at 8.06pm, it said train services had resumed.

"The trespassers could not be found, and train services will be resumed.

"The train frequency is being regulated and will return to normal shortly," read the post.
