Children across four age categories (five to 12 years old) can join a colouring contest on Oct 12 and 13 with exciting prizes to be won. Moreover, there will be clown appearances on Saturday and Sunday between noon and 8pm.

Visitors have a chance to win prizes through two main contests.

For the Visit & Win contest, all visitors need to do is scan the QR code at the venue and answer a few simple questions on their device.

For those ready to make a purchase, the Buy & Win contest offers a chance to win prizes worth over RM10,000 – including electrical items, gift cards and shopping vouchers. To participate, buyers need to book a unit at any exhibitor’s booth, submit the necessary documents at the StarProperty booth and answer a qualifying question.

This contest not only rewards buyers but also adds an incentive for taking the next step towards owning a property.

The showcase is more than just an exhibition. It is a celebration of the real estate industry’s excellence where award-winning developers and projects come together to offer an immersive experience for visitors.
