KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman has received information on 23 assets belonging to Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISB) overseas.
Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (CID) director Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said the assets were worth about RM52.4mil.
"However, for now, we are still waiting for confirmation from the countries involved so that further action can be taken.

"Actions that could be taken include seizure and forfeiture. We are also working with counterparts overseas," he told a press conference at the Police Training Centre (Pulapol) on Thursday (Oct 10).
In one of the countries, three GISB premises were closed down, he said.
"The windows and doors were all boarded up while the signage has also been taken down," he said.
