Cops to complete probe into bullying case involving Tam Spider's son


KUALA LUMPUR: Two investigation papers related to the alleged bullying of rocker Tam Spider's son are being finalised.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa stated that the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) had instructed for both papers to be re-evaluated and completed.

Another investigation paper was directed for internal review by the school.

"The decision on the internal investigation can be reconsidered if there are new developments," he said after the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) National Sports Day at the KL police headquarters on Saturday (Oct 12).

It was earlier reported that police would record statements from several Form 5 students at a boarding school to assist with the bullying investigation.

Three investigation papers were opened following 12 police reports lodged.

The victims were students aged between 14 and 16, while the alleged bullies were 17-year-olds.

Tam Spider, whose real name is Rustam Mustafah, claimed that his 14-year-old son was a bullying victim.
