Floods force TNB to cut off power to three Perak villages

IPOH: Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) has shut off power supply to three areas in Seri Iskandar in Perak Tengah district due to rising floodwaters.

TNB made the announcement on Facebook, stating that supply was shut since 11.30am on Friday (Oct 18) for Kampung Pasir Garam, Kampung Pasir Putih and Kampung Pulau Tiga Kiri.

It added that the measure was taken to ensure the safety of users in the area.
