Easier travel to HK for Malaysians

PETALING JAYA: Travel to Hong Kong is now easier for Malaysians as the special administrative region has scrapped the arrival and departure card requirement for visitors.

According to the Hong Kong Immigration Department, visitors no longer need to fill out these cards at immigration clearance points. They can apply for the automated immigration clearance service, which streamlines the entry process, by enrolling with the department.

A total of 225,304 Malaysians travelled to Hong Kong from January to August this year.
