In a Gartner survey for 2025, 74% of HR leaders said their organisation’s managers are not equipped to lead change.

Yinson Holdings Bhd group chief human resources officer Louisa Brady looks forward to exchanging valuable insights on “ESG Integration: Cultivating Sustainable Culture for Global Economic Resilience”.

“Amidst the rising uncertainties of today’s business environment, building a sustainable culture is the key to unlocking performance and building organisational resilience,” she said.

Westports Malaysia head of human resources Imran Kunalan will be discussing “Navigating HR Automation: Maximising Human Capital with Strategic Data Analysis”.

Day 2: Nov 14

Duopharma Biotech Bhd human resources general manager Mohd Fairuz Khan believes the summit will be an excellent platform for sharing experiences and learning from fellow HR practitioners.

Hartalega chief human resources officer Yoon Siew Fei will be speaking about “ESG Integration: Cultivating Sustainable Business in Global Economic Evolution”.
