Firefighters save man from cooling vent at Pudu UTC


PETALING JAYA: Police say a man who fell into a vent at Pudu Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) was rescued by the Fire and Rescue Department.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Sulizmie Affendy Sulaiman confirmed the incident on Sunday (Nov 10)

"I can confirm the incident happened at UTC Pudu yesterday (Nov 9). The Fire and Rescue department has saved him and has been referred to Hospital Kuala Lumpur," he said.

On Saturday, firefighters were seen at the scene trying to rescue the man from what appeared to be a cooling vent.
