Horror film role gave me panic attacks, says Sara Ali

ACTRESS Sara Ali has shared about her anxiety and panic attacks after taking on a role in the horror movie Bisikan Dosa, BH Online reported.

As such, she decided to attend acting classes to help manage her emotions.

“A week before filming began, I took a three-day class with (fellow actress) Farah Ahmad. I wanted to be prepared,” she said, adding that she had also wanted to get out of her comfort zone.

Sara, 34, who is from Batu Pahat, Johor, began carving out a career as an actress in 2011.

She became well known for her appearances in Songlap and Nur Kasih The Movie.

She described her latest role in Bisikan Dosa as very emotional in nature.

> A 25-year-old business graduate has been earning about RM10,000 a month by offering photography services, Utusan Malaysia reported.

Puteri Saidatul Azwa Tun Ali, who studied at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), started the business while she was still in university.

She later expanded the business on campus with a staff of six.

“We offer photography services for all events – from weddings to corporate events. I had to hire six photographers to assist me as I had many clients,” she said.

She added that her interest in photography began at the Kuala Kangsar vocational college.

“I didn’t even have my own camera then. I bought one later after having saved enough from my job,” she said.

Puteri Saidatul Azwa, who won the Entrepreneurial Award at the UUM 2024 convocation, said couples of all races would hire her for their wedding events.
