IT seemed as if a giant rock had suddenly emerged along Sungai Pahang. But to a fisherman’s surprise, it was actually an elephant’s carcass, Kosmo! reported.
Azman Yusoff said he was on his boat and about to draw in his net when he was surprised by the sight of a floating carcass.
“When I was about 50m away, it looked like a very big black rock was floating on the river. When I got closer, I realised it was the body of a wild elephant who seemed to have drowned,” he said.
Azman said the elephant’s body seemed to have been stuck to a log.
“The whole body was intact, with its trunk filled with water,” he said.
> The daily also reported that influencer Ameera Khan wants a partner who is romantic and funny.
Ameera, the younger sister of celebrity host and entrepreneur Neelofa, said her potential partner’s height is not an issue.
“Someone romantic and funny is important to me. In terms of looks, a casual fit with just a T-shirt is good enough.
“Of course, I want the person to be supportive of my career.
“Regardless if the person is short or tall, it’s more important that they are confident. I also like a partner who can be a good listener,” the 24-year-old said.
She also said her future partner has to be someone with big dreams.
Previously, several high-profile individuals including actor Meerqeen were said to have been involved with Ameera.
