Firemen save woman from fall at Sri Petaling apartments

KUALA LUMPUR: A 33-year-old woman was saved from falling from the fourth floor of an apartment building in Sri Petaling.

Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department operations commander Rosmawi Ismail said a distress call was received at 11.59am on Saturday (Dec 28).

"Seven firemen from the Bukit Jalil fire station were deployed to the scene.

"We discovered the victim and (brought her to safety)," he said in a statement on Sunday (Dec 29).
