Two-metre crocodile captured near Pulau Ketam jetty


PETALING JAYA: A two-metre crocodile was captured near the Pulau Ketam jetty on Sunday (Jan 5).

Selangor Fire and Rescue department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said a distress call was received at about 9.26pm on Sunday (Jan 5).

"Nine personnel from the Port Klang fire station were deployed to the scene.

"They managed to catch the crocodile and it will be handed over to Wildlife and National Parks Department," he said in a statement on Monday (Jan 6).
