Cops searching for missing Form Five teen in Kuala Pilah


Airinaazureen Rahimi, 17 has been reported missing since Jan 4.

KUALA PILAH: A 17-year-old student has been reported missing by her family from their home since Jan 4.

Kuala Pilah police chief Supt Amran Mohd Ghani said the missing girl, Airinaazureen Rahimi, is a Form Five student at SMK Dato' Abdul Samad in Tanjung Ipoh.

"The girl left her home around 11.30pm on Jan 4 and never returned. We have launched a probe following a report lodged by a member of her family on Jan 7," he said, noting that she has also been absent from school since then.

Supt Amran urged anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact investigating officer Sjn Rozita Mohamed Said at 011-1575 1484.
