Asked about an analysis report indicating that the memory card was accessed on Dec 19 that year, ASP Dasarathan said the dashcam and memory card were seized on Dec 20 and handed to him the same day.
"I accessed the memory card using a computer that was not connected to the internet and had no automatic date or time updates.
"Therefore, although the memory card was accessed on Dec 20, the displayed date remained as Dec 19, 2023,” said the 33rd prosecution witness.
Asked if anyone else had accessed the dashcam memory card, he replied "No."
