Foreign man dies after falling from KL hotel


KUALA LUMPUR: A foreign man was killed after falling from a luxury hotel at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Sulizmie Affendy Sulaiman said the incident occurred at about 7.39am on Monday (Jan 13).

"We received information on the incident of a foreign man who had fallen from the hotel," he said when contacted on Wednesday (Jan 15).

Initial investigations revealed that the victim had stayed at the hotel, he said.

"The body has been sent to Kuala Lumpur Hospital for post-mortem.

"The case is classified as sudden death and we are investigating further," he added.
