KUALA LUMPUR: Engaging key tourism stakeholders, diplomats and industry players is crucial as Malaysia prepares for Visit Malaysia 2026 (VM2026), says Tourism, Arts and Culture (Motac) Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing.

“Through collaboration and mutual respect, we can further strengthen trade while enhancing tourism industries.

“This event provides a valuable platform for open discussions, business connections and collaborative efforts to boost Malaysia’s tourism industry.”

Also present were Motac secretary-general Datuk Shaharuddin Abu Sohot, Tourism Malaysia chairman Datuk Dr Yasmin Mahmood and Tourism Malaysia director-general Datuk Manoharan Periasamy.
