FANS of Hong Kong singer Jacky Cheung have been warned that online news about the pre-order sale of tickets for the “Jacky Cheung 60+ World Tour” is fake, Sin Chew Daily reported.

According to Cheung’s concert organiser, the singer will return to Malaysia for another concert this year, but the final date and venue have yet to be confirmed.

“Some posts on social media platform Xiaohongshu are claiming that insider concert tickets are available for pre-order.

“These are fake. Do not be deceived.”

The concert organiser urged fans to wait for the official announcement and avoid falling victim to ticket scams.

The Jacky Cheung 60+ Concert Tour was previously held in Malaysia over two consecutive weekends at Axiata Arena, Kuala Lumpur, where all six shows were sold out within just two hours, setting a new personal record for Jacky Cheung in Malaysia.

> A 38-year-old Vietnamese man was sentenced to 10 weeks’ jail in Singapore for insulting a Malaysian woman’s modesty by trespassing into her room and committing lewd acts.

According to Oriental Daily, the man, who rented a room with his wife, entered the 29-year-old victim’s room in the same flat without permission.

The incident came to light when the victim noticed her belongings had been moved while she was at work.

Suspicious, she installed a security camera, which later captured the man trespassing on Feb 19.

In the CCTV footage, he was seen removing his shirt, wearing the victim’s underwear, putting on a condom and performing a lewd act with her plush toy.

Before leaving, he placed the underwear in its original place and tidied the bed to cover up his actions.

The victim reported the incident to the police the same day.

In Singapore, the maximum penalty for insulting a woman’s modesty is up to one year in jail, a fine, or both.

> A 19-year-old young woman in Zhuzhou, Hunan province in China, has sparked widespread discussion online after sharing her experience of living in a company toilet.

She revealed on social media that she rents a six-square-metre toilet in her workplace for just 50 yuan (RM30) per month, where she eats, sleeps and carries out her daily activities.

She posted a video explaining that she works at a furniture factory and must pack her folding bed, clothes and personal belongings each morning so that other employees can use the toilet during the day.

The factory owner’s wife said it was only a temporary arrangement and that the worker would soon move out.

“We’ve been trying to help her find alternative housing, but the factory is in a remote industrial area with very few rental options nearby.

“The closest available rooms cost between 800 and 1,000 yuan (RM487-RM609) per month.”
