SINGAPORE: A 63-year-old man has been arrested for stealing undergarments from clotheslines in a series of cases in Bukit Batok here.
The police had received a report of theft of undergarments at Block 106, Bukit Batok Central, on Feb 22, they said on Tuesday (Feb 27).
