PETALING JAYA: A man has been fined S$300 (RM913) by Singapore's National Environment Agency (NEA) for littering after two rubber bands that he "shot" landed on a public road last week.
Photographs of a S$300 ticket issued by NEA, which went viral on social media, stated that the offence was "throwing rubber bands in a public place".
