SINGAPORE: One of Singapore’s oldest water treatment plants has been upgraded, and is now equipped with state-of-the-art technology which has made purifying water more energy- and cost-efficient.
Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Masagos Zulkifli attended the opening of the upgraded Choa Chu Kang Waterworks – which treats water from Kranji, Pandan and Tengeh reservoirs – yesterday morning.
