MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/ANN): The Philippine Airlines (PAL) will allow passengers with international flight tickets purchased on or before March 31 to rebook their flights for free.
In an advisory Wednesday (March 11), the country’s flagship carrier said it will allow “one-time” free rebooking on international flights except for those originating in Japan and South Korea.
