JAKARTA: A 59-year-old man has died of novel coronavirus in Indonesia's Central Java province, bringing the death toll to two in the country, the government's spokesman for the Covid-19 (coronavirus)-related matters Achmad Yurianto said on Friday (March 13).

The patient passed away on Wednesday at a hospital in the province's city of Surakarta, and health authorities continued to track his travel history and close contacts, the spokesman said.
