A serial sex offender convicted of groping 11 schoolgirls at a Hong Kong shopping centre in less than a week was spared jail on Friday.
Instead, Ivan Duen Wai-hang was ordered by the District Court to receive training at a correctional centre, which the judge said he believed could help him turn a new leaf.
