YANGON: The effective period of restriction for operation of international flights at Myanmar's Yangon International Airport was further extended to May 15, said an announcement issued by the Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited (YACL), operator of the airport on Saturday (April 15).
The move came as a temporary measure to prevent importation of the Covid-19 through air travel to Myanmar, the announcement said.
