The National Taskforce Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control says medical staff are continuing to monitor the health of 11 people who contracted Covid-19 and are currently being treated at Mittaphab Hospital in Vientiane.
Eight of 19 people who were hospitalised with the disease have been discharged, and no new cases have been reported in Laos for 19 consecutive days.
