PETALING JAYA: A Twitter post claiming that Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah has declared a state of emergency in four areas including Selangor and Sabah is not true, says the National Security Council.
The MKN urged the public not to share the alleged Twitter post by Dr Noor Hisham.
