FOR decades, Malaysian visitors to Singapore have had to submit a customs and immigration arrival card, commonly called the 'white card', at the border before being able to enter the island nation.

Singapore, however, has moved away from physical cards and now requires visitors to fill in the arrival card online. Is this true?
