NOT all attention is good attention and unfortunately for some in Padawan, Sarawak, that was just what they received after they were targetted by a local man.

Police from Padawan, Sarawak, have confirmed the arrest of a man who was involved in several attempted outrages of modesty and obscene acts.
The arrest was conducted by a team of police from the criminal investigation department of Padawan district police at 1pm on Thursday (April 13).
Officers from the Padawan District police department with the suspect they arrested as well as the motorcycle and items they confiscated.
"The suspect, who is in his 20s, was picked-up at a factory at Jalan Batu Kawa after a tip-off from the public," said Padawan OCPD Supt Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad.
"To date the police have received six reports on attempted outrage of modesty and excessive obscene acts," he said adding that the suspect would trail his victims and then when they reached a quiet and secluded area he would expose himself to them.
The case, said Supt Abang Zainal Abidin, will be investigated under Section 354 and 509 of the Penal Code with the suspect remanded at the Kuching Court on April 14 for further investigations.
Police also seized a motorcycle, two helmets and the clothes of the suspect.
