SOCIAL media has been all a twitter of late over a supposed porn video filmed at a notable tourist destination in Sandakan.
Some who have watched the clip claim that the rock formation seen in its backdrop is one and the same as the one found in Sandakan called Batu Sapi.
So is it true that a porn video was recorded at Batu Sapi in Sandakan, Sabah?

There was no filming of a pornographic video in Sabah’s east coast Sandakan district, says the police.
Sandakan OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Fuad Abdul Malek said they had probed the matter after the video and claims went viral on social media.
The clip purportedly showed the filming had taken place on an unidentified beach site with a rock formation protruding the sea surface in the background, almost similar to that of the unique rock formation in Batu Sapi in the district.
"We have carried out an investigation over this and found no porn films were filmed at Sandakan," he said, in a statement on Thursday (June 15).
He advised the public not to speculate over the matter as well as not to further spread the video.

"The people are reminded not to keep any porno videos as it is an offence in this country.
"Those found guilty of this could face action under the Penal Code and Communications and Multimedia Act 1998," said ACP Abdul Fuad.
Towards this end, he urged those with information pertaining to the location of the said flick to report the matter to the police for further action.
