A video has gone viral on social media showing a road accident in which a lorry's wheel came loose and crashed into a car.
It is said that the accident took place in Negri Sembilan; is this true?

According to Jempol OCPD Supt Hoo Chang Hook, the incident took place at 5.55pm on Monday (Sept 4) on KM16 along Jalan Kuala Pilah - Simpang Pertang.
"A wheel from the left side of a lorry, driven by a 60-year-old man, suddenly came loose and rolled into oncoming traffic.
"A woman, 45, driving a car in the opposite direction was unable to avoid the wheel, resulting in the crash," he said in a statement on Tuesday (Sept 5).
Luckily no one was hurt in the crash, but the woman's car was badly damaged.
Supt Hoo urged road users to regularly maintain their vehicles to avoid untoward incidents on the road.
