DURING A routine patrol, police officers looking out for motorcycle thieves in Klang attempted to stop two suspects who promptly ran away.
The duo almost escaped if not for some brave samaritans at a restaurant who banded together to ensure the criminals did not get away.

According to a statement by the North Klang IPD, the incident happened near Lintang Pekan Batu Klang.
The officers on the scene were on patrol looking out for motorcycle thieves in response to a recent theft report.
The statement added that police also found a modified Allen Wrench believed to have been used as a tool to steal motorbikes.
The two suspects, both in their 30s, have been remanded for four days to help with investigations.
