RECENTLY, a video of a fight went viral on social media; it is claimed that the fight happened at an oil palm estate in Selangor.
Is there any truth to this claim?

In a statement, Kuala Selangor OCPD Supt Ramli Kasa said that the fight seen in the video happened at an oil palm plantation in Batu 11 Agrotech in Bestari Jaya.
He said that a man has been arrested for allegedly issuing criminal threats and injuring a person during the fight.
"The commotion started when several owners of the plantation were discussing with the operating company on sand mining work within their plantation," said Supt Ramli.
"During the discussion, one of the sand mining operators was said to have criminally threatened and injured another oil palm operator," he added.
Supt Ramli then said that a police report was lodged by one of the oil palm operators, and added that the police are investigating the case under Section 324 and 506 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt with a weapon and for issuing a criminal threat.
He said the investigation papers will be referred to the deputy public prosecutor for further action.
