A 47-second video going viral on social media shows the broken windows of several cars parked by the roadside.
Shattered glass is seen on the ground beside some of the cars as the person recording the clip moves around the scene.
It was said that the windows of at least six cars were smashed and that the incident occurred at the Awan Besar LRT station in Bukit Jalil.

On Friday (July 5), Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Ravindar Singh Sarban Singh said a police report was lodged by the respective vehicle owners on Tuesday (July 2).
Bernama quoted him as saying the owners had parked their cars at the LRT station at 3pm on Monday (July 1) and found the windows smashed when they went to pick up the vehicles the following day.
ACP Ravindar Singh said anyone with information on the incident should contact the Cheras police hotline at 03-9284 5050/5051, the Kuala Lumpur police hotline at 03-2115 9999, or go to the nearest police station.
He said the case was being investigated under Section 427 of the Penal Code for causing mischief resulting in loss or damage.
