Recently, a video clip has been making the rounds, featuring an unexpected star - a man in a blue shirt destroying a pair of windshield wipers.

Is it true that this act of vandalism in Seremban was indeed caught on a dashboard camera?

Police are currently searching for a man who was caught on a dashcam breaking the windshield wiper of a Perodua Alza. According to a report by Sinar Harian, the incident occurred along Jalan Dataran Sentral 2 near Seremban Gateway.

Seremban OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Hatta Che Din confirmed that police received a report from a woman at 5.46pm, who discovered the damage and checked her vehicle's dashcam recording.

The vehicle owner works as a bank officer in Petaling Jaya and regularly parks her car at the stated location to carpool to work.

The case is being scrutinised under Section 427 of the Penal Code, which addresses mischief resulting in property damage.

The authorities have identified the suspect and are making concerted efforts to locate and apprehend him. The police have emphasised their commitment to enforcing the law and maintaining public order.
