A man was reportedly robbed at traffic lights near a school in Shah Alam, involving a dramatic axe-wielding attack.
With a video of the attack going viral on social media, did this shocking incident really happen in Shah Alam?

According to a report by Malay news portal Sinar Harian, a company director experienced a terrifying moment after being robbed by a group of armed men at traffic lights near a school in Section 33, Shah Alam on Monday (July 18).
Shah Alam OCPD, ACP Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim, said the 54-year-old local male victim made a report at the Shah Alam District Police Headquarters (IPD) at 2.41pm.
In the incident, the victim, who was driving an SUV, had been stopped at the traffic lights when approached by two men on a motorcycle.
This incident also went viral on social media through the dashboard camera recording of another road user.
In the footage, two suspects wearing helmets stopped on the left side of the victim's car, followed by an MPV that blocked the victim's car from behind.
The motorcycle pillion rider then approached the victim, broke the driver's side window with an axe, and removed the car keys to prevent the victim from fleeing.
Another accomplice from the Perodua Alza opened the front passenger door of the victim's car and made off with a bag containing RM200,000 in cash.
